What Forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments as well as PayPal and Apple pay. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.


Can I track my order?

  • The Prosecco Fairy does provide, end-to-end tracking at no additional cost, allowing you to easily monitor and locate your package on official websites such as EMS and USPS. Any undeliverable mail is returned for free as well, which means The Prosecco Fairy will have no issues refunding customers that never receive their purchase.

Can I use promo codes with the purchase of already discounted items or sale items?

  • Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items unless the promo code specifically states it can be combined.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

  • Contact us immediately! The Prosecco Fairy tries to be as efficient as possible trying to get our products into your hands, with this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request. 

What Happens when I place an order?

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is authorized and verified. We will begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. We put a lot of focus on making sure items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. The Prosecco Fairy works with different suppliers and shipping times of each product can vary. Because of this, the exact shipping time cannot be guaranteed. We are happy to provide tracking and and are confident that all orders will come in less than 30 days of when the order was placed.Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

How often are orders processed?

    • Most of our orders are processed in less than 72 hours. This process can sometimes take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance, high demand for products or other causes. Please allow up to 10 business days for online orders to be processed before being shipped out.
